In the chance you’re not happy with the items, we’re happy to process returns within 7 days upon receiving your items. Items must be returned new, unused, unworn, unopened and unwashed condition with original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Special orders, gift cards, floor models, final sale items, as-is items, opened mattresses and opened bedding are not returnable.
Please reach out to us at support@hdbuttercup.com if you’d like to process a return. For items sent by UPS or Fedex, we’re happy to provide a return label for these smaller items. If your items were delivered by another delivery service or through our delivery drivers, it is the responsibility of the customer to get the items returned back to us. Returns are accepted only at our Commerce fulfillment center, except for accessories that may be returned to your local store with original packaging and proof of purchase. We are happy to help the customer find a delivery service through our network if need be.
Once the items arrive at the warehouse, your refund will be processed in 1-2 weeks upon receiving so our team can safely receive and inspect the product.
